This weekend is the one weekend for the rest of the summer that I don't have any big plans, so I set out to make Saturday a day of relaxing activities. First stop, the Green City Market in Lincoln Park.
The market is one of my favorite parts of summer in Chicago and am so happy whenever I get to go. This morning, me, Kat, our neighbor Alicia, and our visitor from Texas, Lesley all adventured down to Lincoln Park to enjoy the beautiful weather and pick up some things for the week. We grabbed some fruit and veggies, sweet potato mushroom burgers from the mushroom stand, and of course a smoothie to enjoy right away.
Usually I go to just to enjoy the scenery and vendors, but today I brought my camera along. Enjoy a few of my favorite views below.
