After a few days of waking up to snow (although beautiful) and general winter overcast, I was refreshed and energized by waking up to the sun shining brightly through my blinds this morning. Julie & I had a good talk about life and our goals and hopes for this semester last night, so it felt so hopeful to wake up to the sun beautifully glowing in my room. I said the Our Father and a short prayer for the first time in a long time and woke up to a good day of appointments and a great work out.
