Day 15: A Beautiful Lunch Outside

Shannon and I try to eat our lunch outside every day, but there was something about Tuesday's lunch that made it exceptionally great. The temperature was perfect, the sun was shining, and I had a delicious mix of a balsamic portobello mushroom, sweet corn, zucchini, and quinoa...yum! We had a great chat as usual, and I snapped some photos of the pretty purple flowers in the flower bed we were sitting by.
